Steve Hammond (Photographer/Artist) has earned the 2nd Place Pri
ze in the prestigious 2025 AAA Westways Travel Photography Contest for his image, "Perspective".
The winning photograph was captured in Antarctica during a challenging expedition in February 2025. The image perfectly captures the immense scale of the ice formation and the feeling of human solitude in the landscape, which was the photographer's primary challenge to convey.
The award, selected from thousands of entries, across many continents and countries and judges by a panel of industry professionals and editors, includes a three-night stay for two at The Seabird Ocean Resort and Spa.
